Systems and turnkey installations for industrial air pollution control and energy recovery.

Our air, energy, and environmental technology is innovative and pioneering. It ensures maximum protection of the environment and healthy workplaces—free from harmful and polluting emissions. At the same time, it reduces energy consumption.

THE FUTURE
HAS ZERO EMISSIONS

More than a vision –
the future of industrial manufacturing.

The continuous pursuit of improving people’s health and quality of life through clean air drives us—true to our guiding principle, “THE FUTURE HAS ZERO EMISSIONS.”

Our technologies

Exhaust air technology

We develop and manufacture systems and installations for the efficient separation of industrial emissions.

  • Dust collection systems and dust collectors for the separation of industrial dust (fine dust filters, large-scale dust collection systems, compact dust collectors...)
  • Filtration systems for the separation of mists and vapors (oil mist separators, emulsion mist separators, release agent mist separators...)
  • Hybrid filtration systems for the simultaneous separation of dust, aerosols, gaseous emissions, and odors.

Indoor air technology

We develop and manufacture systems and installations for industrial indoor air purification. Our solutions efficiently and economically remove diffuse emissions and waste heat even from large industrial halls. The complete solutions include energy-optimized capture and separation of emissions, supply and exhaust ventilation, heat recovery, and climate control in production.

Energy technology, heating & cooling

We develop and manufacture systems and installations that significantly reduce the energy demand of air-handling systems and recover waste heat. Our holistic solutions enable energy-efficient and comfortable heating and cooling of the hall. This reduces operating costs and noticeably and measurably increases resource efficiency.

Integration of
indoor air technology,
exhaust air technology
& energy technology

We uniquely combine indoor air technology with exhaust air technology and energy technology. The individual systems support each other and thereby enhance overall performance. Our many years of experience and unique expertise allow our customers to benefit twice: they receive a high-performance complete solution, and the investment and operating costs are lower than with standalone solutions.

Our corporate group

The reliability
of a strong
partner.

Kappa was founded in 1993 by Klaus Krüger together with the Hainzl family and is part of the HAINZL Industriesysteme group, headquartered in Linz. Together, we are now among the internationally leading manufacturers of turnkey systems in industrial air pollution control.

The HAINZL Group comprises the following independently operating companies:

KAPPA
Filter Systems
GmbH

Kappa is a leading provider of high-quality systems and turnkey installations for industrial air pollution control and energy recovery.

  • Exhaust air technology
  • Indoor air technology
  • Energy technology

In-house production, own installation & service personnel

A matter of course
for us.

We also rely on our own personnel for on-site installation and service.

Our quality

QUALITY – That is
our benchmark!

All departments of the company are involved to ensure the highest quality and to satisfy our customers.

We ensure quality with …

  • consistent design planning in plant engineering and in the development of our systems and processes.
  • careful selection of components.
  • defined incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
  • high-quality measurement technology.
  • continuous improvement processes. They are based on our employees’ suggestions for improvement, defined quality assurance groups, and the analysis of error reports.
  • training, continuing education, courses, and in-house professional development (including apprenticeship training at the main plant in Linz).

We regularly review our strict quality standards through internal and external audits. However, we are not immune to mistakes. Therefore, we work consistently and sustainably to eliminate and prevent errors.
